Quest Community Church holds dearly to these core ministry values:
1. Christ-centered ministry
Jesus Christ is the Center of all we do. We value the pattern of discipleship that Jesus modeled in the Gospels and we desire to walk and follow in His footsteps.

4. Life-Transformation
We value the power of God’s Word to change a life from the inside out. We believe this transformation occurs through the teaching of doctrine and the application of these biblical truths and principles in our daily lives. We value putting off the old man and putting on the new man.

James 1:22-25; Col. 3:5-17; 2 Tim. 3:16-17, 4:1-5.
5. Outreach-Focused Ministry
We value lost people and believers without a church home. We want to equip all believers to share their faith with their relational network. This warrants and all-out search, and when they are found, we will celebrate.
Luke 15:1-32; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8, 8:4; Col. 4:6; 1 Thess. 2:8-9; Philemon 6; 1 Peter 3:15.
6. Culturally-Relevant Ministry
We value using culturally-relevant methods to communicate the timeless message of God’s Word without compromise. Among these methods would be contemporary music, use of media, drama, arts, etc. that relates to the culture around us. We also understand and value the richness and importance of church tradition and history.
John 20:21; 1 Cor. 9:19-23.
7. Mission-Based Ministry
Multiplication is expected and encouraged in every sphere of the Christian life. We value the multiplication of our cells and the planting of new churches both at home and abroad with the goal of making disciples of all nations. Our mission is to help reach the unchurched area of the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by sending out missionaries and planting churches.
Matt. 24:14; John 20:21; Acts 1:8, 13:1-4; Rom. 10:13-15;
2 Cor. 10:15-17.
8. Relational-Based Ministry
Building trust and strong relationships is a desired experience in every area of church life. We believe the best place to begin is in the cell groups. We value authentic relationships through membership in a cell. These cells provide a safe place to experience first hand Christian love in action, mutual care, encouragement, accountability and spiritual formation.

1 Thess. 2:7-12, 5:11, 14; Heb 3:13.
9. Lay-Powered Ministry
We value being a priesthood of believers where every believer serves as a minister. We will discover and utilize our spiritual gifts and passion and styles to edify God and each other. We view every pastor as an equipper and every cell leader as a shepherd of a flock. We believe in constantly handing over the work of ministry to those we are serving so they can fulfill their call from the Lord.

10. Family-Oriented Ministry
We value family as the most foundational unit of society. We deeply value marriage as a covenant with God. We value the training of our children in the principles of God’s Word so they may know Christ personally and grow into spiritually mature adults. We recognize and consider needs of all ages in our Body. We value the wisdom of older men and older women who can teach and train the younger ones.

Mal. 4:5-6; 1 Cor. 4:15-17; 1 John 2:12-14.
12. Servant Leadership
We value every sphere of leadership to exemplify and model servanthood. Leaders are called to listen to God’s will and direction. They are called to walk in humility, integrity, bearing fruits of the Spirit, and walk in the fear of the Lord. In every area of church life we believe we need to submit to those who rule over us in the Lord and esteem them highly in love for their work’s sake.

13. Stewardship
We value the principle of the tithe as part of God’s plan to honor and provide substance for those He has placed over us in spiritual authority. Those in authority over us in the lord are responsible for proper distribution of the tithes and offerings. We believe in generously giving offerings over and above the tithe to support ministries, churches, families, and individuals as needed. We are called to help the poor and needy, those in prisons, orphans, and widows. We must reach out locally, nationally, and internationally. We believe that every area of ministry and church life needs to be financially responsible and accountable to those in oversight in order to maintain a high standard of integrity.
