Quest Wedding Department

The Wedding Department is your key contact at Quest Church for use of the church facility or contacting a minister for your wedding.

Within the department, there are wedding coordinators who manage wedding details, including date, time, rooms, minister, facility use, wedding decorations offered by the church, audio department, order of service, rehearsal, reception, including working with caterers, giving on-site advice and minor emergency assistance and the send-off.

Making A Reservation

All requests for wedding reservations should be made with the Wedding Coordinator. Available dates may be obtained by telephone. For Quest Weddings, dates are only confirmed after the Wedding Coordinator receives a completed contract and security deposit.

Complete and submit a Wedding Request Form. Please contact the Wedding Department for available dates before submitting this form. When a date has been approved, you'll receive a confirmation email from the wedding department.

  • Dates are only confirmed after the wedding department receives a completed contract and security deposit.

  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent when wedding date has been confirmed.

  • The refundable security deposit is due when your application is submitted.

  • In the event that you need to change the date of your wedding, please contact the Resource Coordinator immediately. Changed dates are subject to availability.

Expenses

A refundable security deposit of $200 must be collected in order to reserve a wedding date at Quest. The complete list of expenses are included in the Wedding Guidelines.

Required Wedding Fee

While there is a building usage fee for having a wedding at Quest, a wedding fee of $725 is required to cover the cost of the services of the audio/visual technician, wedding coordinator, and custodian. Please give a check to your wedding coordinator, made out to Quest Church, no later than three weeks prior to the day of the rehearsal. This fee does not include any additional services you may use such as musicians or photographers, and does not include the pastoral honorarium.

Officiating Pastors

Quest lead pastor is willing to officiate your wedding. Please plan on giving your pastor an honorarium for her services. Your wedding coordinator can give you more information on the amount that is appropriate for an honorarium. To have a non- Quest pastor officiate your wedding, please complete the Guest Pastor Request Form below.

Optional Wedding Services

You are free to use Outside Vendors (e.g., musicians, photographers, etc.) of your choice. Our wedding coordinators have a list of Quest musicians, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, hair dressers, and other vendors.

Couples desiring to be married by a Quest Church minister, whether at Quest Church or an off-site location, must complete the required pre-marital course offered at Quest Church. This continuous class is offered at no charge. There is child care available.

Note: These items may not be taken off Quest Church’s Church and may not be borrowed or rented for events off-site.

At Quest Church we want to express our Love for God and

our Love for people. Every service, and every ministry within our church is designed

to help people grow in their

love for Him and their
