Rena' Bey
Our Lead Pastor
Rena' serves as the Lead Pastor of Quest Church. Under Rena's leadership, Quest is passionate about seeing people connected to Jesus and their lives transformed, both locally and globally. She is known for her creative approach to teaching and presenting the Bible.
Pastor Rena' is dedicated to helping people discover their highest potential. Pastor Rena’ is the Founder and Senior Lead Pastor of Quest Community Church. Being a student, and minister of the word of God, she is known throughout Ohio for her engaging, and practical teaching style, speaking at churches, also hosting leadership conferences.
She is a native of Joliet, Illinois. She attended local area public schools, and is a graduate of Joliet Central High School. She went on to pursue an education at a local Community College, obtaining an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, studied at Nottingham Baptist Bible Institute, graduated with degrees from Marion Christian Center Bible College, a degree from Christian International Bible Institute, and received a (PH.D.) from Ashland University in Biblical Studies & Christian Counseling.
Pastor Rena’ founded and planted two churches, Spirit & Truth Worship Center, and Quest Community Church; which is where she’s now building a contemporary archetype ministry, based on excellence, and practical biblical principles, by coupling her keen sense of humor with a precise, an analytical style in translating complex biblical concepts into practical applications.
Pastor Rena is recognized for being an encourager. She is committed to community empowerment, also building people in ministry to be integral and impactful.
As a business minded woman, event planner, conference host, teacher of the word, and with more than 20 years in ministry, she has developed several ministries. (WAN, EMA, MG)
(WAN) Women Achievement Network is an organization for ministry-minded women, and women focused on being better Women in ministry through biblical advancement.
(EMA) Executive Ministers Association provides keen insight, teachings on biblical integrity; to individuals pursuing spiritual growth, ministerial calls, and leadership promotions. uniting leaders of all sorts, as well as provoking leadership dialog for kingdom advancement.
(MG) Ministry Go, is a faith-based non-profit ministry dedicated to meeting practical needs through charity awareness within the Greater Cleveland communities. Ministry Go! raises funds that is strategically invested into projects that creatively meets the practical needs in distressed communities.
Dr. Bey hosted annual Ministry Go! Conferences for over a decade featuring local Leaders, Pastors, and Ministers starting with 5 speakers/and workshops then evolving into over 50 speakers/and workshops which ministered to thousands of lives.
The conference purpose was centered on breaking denominational barriers by uniting pastors, ministers, leaders, churches and ministries, providing spiritual, biblical, and integral teachings to individuals pursuing Christian growth, and ministerial calls.
